Good afternoon everyone!

We would like to start with our thanks regarding our last post. The love we felt from our community is overwhelmingly comforting❤️

We have some exciting developments to share today.

First off. We have been given an opportunity to be open year round. With the approval of the “council”, we will be moving Bowens Creek into the Arcadia Ice House this winter. Starting in December we will be open Friday - Sunday, with a specially designed winter menu. The Ice House will be rearranged to accommodate our equipment and service. Both dine in & carryout will be available, with an emphasis on hot comfort foods and seasonal drinks. Perhaps even a Christmas party….😉. Tentatively we will be closing Bowens Creek in October per usual and re opening in December in our new space through early March.

Secondly. The work on the roastery has been redirected into new spaces as well. We love our shipping containers. But as a medium of construction, it is quite a challenge to craft something aesthetically pleasing and functional. So we have decided to renovate a fixed structure to accommodate our dreams for production. After due processes with the state and time allotted for renovations. We hope and pray to hit both the wholesale and retail market by next spring.

Good afternoon friends. We will be closing early today. We are saying goodbye to a good friend this afternoon. One of our precious pups is crossing the rainbow bridge today. We would like to spend this time preparing and saying our goodbyes. We appreciate your understanding. We will be back Thursday for our regular hours.

Howdy howdy. What a crazy weekend! We hope everyone had a good 4th of July.

We want to say thank you to all of our patrons who came out for our marsh music event, as well as the support we got this weekend at the shop. It was a record breaking weekend for us, and we could not be more grateful. We are honored to serve you all.

The girls worked through burns, sweat, & a few tears this weekend, and we think they deserve a break. We will have some limited hours TOMORROW, open 8-1.

Happy 4th of July weekend everyone!

Don’t forget tonight is Marsh Music & Mocktails! From 7-10 pm. All ages welcome. Free admission. Killer music.

Per our previous post, we have updates for our menu tonight.

We are featuring the “Watermelon Sparkler” & the “Sunset Station” mocktails this evening. Paired with an Italian crostini, topped with fresh brie, drizzled with local honey, and garnished with almond slivers.

Our features at the shop this weekend are the “s’mores latte” & the “Brookie Berry Crepe”.

Everyone have a safe and fun weekend. Don’t forget to declare your independence from chain coffee shops by shopping local 😉

Good morning creek peeps!

Summer has finally arrived (hopefully), and we are gearing up for the 4th of July. Just a couple of things today.

First off we have Marsh Music & Mocktails coming back on the 3rd of July. We had such a fun time with the first one we decided to do it again. DJ Kruze will return again to spin some fun records for us. New mocktails and appetizers are coming too! The staff hard at work creating recipes to serve. All ages welcome. 7-10 pm at the glass tent here on campus.

We have a couple new specials coming this weekend too. The girls came up with what we’re calling the “camp fire latte” which is a toasted marshmallow infused espresso, milk of choice, & topped with a chocolate cold foam, garnished with mini marshmallows. The kitchen staff has been playing with this thing the kids call “cookie butter”. So they devised a crepe with cookie butter, brownie bites, & a house made raspberry coulis. (Pictures to come)

Lastly our hours will be changing this next week. Starting AFTER the holiday we will be open

Good afternoon everyone!

We have a small list of fun stuff for you today 🙂

First off don’t forget that tomorrow is Marsh Music & Mocktails! From 7-10 pm we will have live music from DJ Kruz, as well as some house curated mocktails & appetizers.

We will be featuring a blueberry pineapple “margarita” and a grapefruit “Bellini”. For apps we have a miniature charcuterie board and caprese prosciutto skewers. We can and will serve select coffee and tea drinks for those who are more inclined to have something simpler.

We are featuring a new drink & cookies this weekend. Courtesy of our very own Aleah Blackmore. She has crafted a blueberry pea flower lemonade, as well as both a chocolate chunk toffee, & a Oreo cookie. We can assure you that everything listed above is absolutely delicious.

We hope to see everyone tomorrow night. Both Ketch 22 & the Ice House will be open until 9 pm serving their normal menus. We will re open at 6:45 until 10 pm to serve during the music which will run from 7pm - 10pm.

Good afternoon everyone. We have a few things on the docket today.

First off. MARSH MUSIC AND MOCKTAILS! Saturday June 13th from 7 - 10 pm. Featuring music from our very own DJ Jay Kruze, & a custom mocktail and shareables menu. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. We are very excited to host our first music event. We hope it’s to your liking 😉 (menu pics coming soon)

Second. TikTok. As some of you have noticed, we have been a lot more active of our social media. Thanks to our newly appointed social media manager, we have been able to reach many more of you. We’ve had what we call a “super blessing” on TikTok. Over the last 48 hours we’ve had 3.3 million views and 900 thousand likes on just a single video. We can’t express how grateful we are for this exposure. We hope to continue to create attractive content.

Lastly. Wedding time! Pt.1. We have a very special event coming up this weekend. Our very own Benjamin Stoops will be taking his bride on Saturday. We would like to congratulate him on this amazing achievement.

Good morning everyone! Welcome to Memorial Day weekend. We have a few things on the agenda for this work week.

First. Our features for the holiday.

We have The Backwoods Breakfast Crepe. This is a hot bed of seasoned sweet potatoes, dressed with cinnamon maple butter. A half ham steak, seared with a hot honey syrup. Two fried eggs. Stuffed into our crepe. Our food testing committee states “this thing is a full meal”.

Our speciality beverage for the weekend is none other than The Red Bull Soda. Simple yet delicious. We take a 8.5 oz. Redbull, pour over ice, and layer a raspberry cold foam on top. This thing will put a pep in your step.

Second. Recovery.

As most of you know, we got hit very hard from the storm last week. Lots of property and emotional damage. But. In our typical fashion, we picked ourselves up off the floor and got to work rebuilding and repairing. The tent has been mended, trees have been cleaned and harvested, & anxieties have been extinguished. We thank you all for the prayers and support through this hardship. We’re back with a new energy and appreciation for our space here in Arcadia.

Lastly.

Amidst the fun and plans we all have this weekend. May we never forget what this holiday stands for. The ultimate price paid for the freedoms we enjoy today. We encourage you to thank a veteran for their service. Especially those who fought in foreign wars.

Good evening friends. We’ve suffered a few casualties here after the tornado force winds this evening. As well as our famed parade truck. As we pick up the pieces we ask for your patience and prayers. We sincerely hope everyone is safe and healthy. Tomorrow (Monday the 18th) we will be closed. We will return on Tuesday to send the week off and spit in the face of disaster.
