š¢ **A QUICK NOTE ABOUT ONLINE ORDERS!**
Weāve had a few questions lately about online pickup orders, so we want to clarify how the system works. ā¤ļø
When you place an online order for pickup, selecting āASAPā means exactly that ā ASAP!** There is no scheduled pickup time option on our online ordering system.
As soon as your order comes through, it is sent directly to our kitchen line and our crew starts preparing it right away. That means if you order several pounds of meat, sides, etc., we are actively cooking, slicing, packaging, and getting your order ready while youāre on your way.
Please do not place a large order and then leave it sitting here for hours before picking it up. BBQ is best when itās fresh, and we cannot be responsible for the quality of food that has been sitting for an extended period after it was prepared.
We also cannot offer refunds because an order was picked up hours after it was completed. Once that order has gone through the line and been prepared, the food has been made specifically for you.
š Please only place your online order when youāre ready and able to pick it up within a reasonable timeframe.
