Here's some Part D prescription changes coming to our area for 2027:
- The number of plans is decreasing from 11 down to 9.
- Monthly premiums are going up for 8 of the 9 plans and range from $5.30 to $222.90 per month.
- Deductibles are increasing for all plans, ranging from $300 to $700 for the year.
-Total out of pocket expenses are increasing for all plans from $2100 to $2400 per year.
- Most insulins will continue to be $35 per each month supply.

Two plans are leaving the local market: SilverScript Choice and HealthSpring Extra. (HealthSpring Assurance will still be available.) If you currently have one of the plans that is leaving the market, you MUST enroll in a new plan during the open enrollment period (Oct 15 to Dec 7.) If you do not enroll in a new plan, you will be dropped and not have prescription coverage starting 1/1/27.

We will be reaching out to our patients who currently have coverage with these 2 plans to make sure they are aware if this change and help review options.

It's vaccine time! Vaccinations now available at Marks Pharmacy and Arapahoe Pharmacy. Get your Flu shot, Covid shot, RSV shot and others.

At Marks Pharmacy, no appointment is needed. Walk in for your shots during normal business hours.

At Arapahoe Pharmacy, shots are available on Wednesdays by appointment. Call 308-962-7895 or 308-697-3400 to schedule.
