Hello, neighbors!

We’re excited to share that Hook House Kitchen will be opening soon in the old Crab ‘N building here in City by the Sea/Aransas Pass. We’ll be a full-service restaurant serving fresh Gulf catches, steaks, pasta, a full bar, and more.

We’re looking forward to meeting y’all, becoming part of the neighborhood, and honoring the Crab ‘N family roots that mean so much to this community. I’m a Texas native, born in Brownsville, later making my way to Austin. I love being on the water – boating and fishing - which is what brought me to Rockport six years ago, where I bought my home. Over the years, I’ve built a life around - cooking, custom Harleys, and custom homes - but cooking has always been where my heart is. I recently closed my Austin restaurant Turf N Surf Po' Boy after 16 years to focus on Hook House Kitchen here. I love bringing people together over great food, and I can’t wait to share a meal and some stories with you soon.

Right now, we’re working through a small remodel and getting everything set up. We’ll keep everyone posted on our timeline and opening date. We can’t wait to welcome you in!
