What’s going on everyone? Been a while. Been trying to adjust to the new life in Florida. And I been missing my people up there so decided to still stay connected through this page. Sharing our life down this way. Hope all is well. Can’t wait to share cooking stuff, encouraging things, and just our life down here.

So for the last month or so, I have been able to get my food truck fix by helping other food trucks. This has been an amazing experience for me over the last few years. I want to thank everyone. I leave for Florida on Monday morning to start our new journey. I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. A special thanks to High Kaliber BBQ & Catering for letting me slang BBQ with them, Busted Spud for allowing me to help with their truck, The Main Celebration-Gourmet Dessert Parlor for allowing me to help them as well. A shoutout to ALL my food truck family. It’s been real. Love you all and keep doing your thing.

We appreciate everyone that was with us during this journey. This will not be over by any means, but me and my partner decided to let this one go. It was a beautiful thing for us and we enjoyed serving great food to everyone that came to food truck. Look for the new truck sometime. I will come back with some great new items and better then ever!! Love you all and your support that youve shown us the last few years!! We look forward to the new owners doing their thing in Stevens Point area with a bbq truck!!

So I hate to make this post but after talking to my partner, I think we are going to sell the food trailer. It has been a fun last couple years and we appreciate every one of you. With out you, none of this was possible. And who is to say in the future, I may buy another one. But as right now, this is the steps we decided to take. Thank you all.

Thursday for the event in Green Bay at Badger State Brewing Company I will be doing a brat with chip combo for $9. I will also be being a brisket/ribeye chili for that day as well. Plus the regular menu.

Will be in Neenah today at Rosenow Customs for their ribbon cutting for their new service they offer. Serving food from 3:30-6:30pm stop on out and we can Taco bout things!! No desserts today.
