Something special starts this weekend at Revolve Hall.

We're welcoming Chef Sherman Ho and Banh Appetit as our newest summer Chef's Counter pop-up, serving every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

Chef Sherman Ho built Banh Appetit into one of Minneapolis' most beloved bánh mì spots, known for his Vietnamese street food and a menu that kept people coming back. After closing his Minneapolis location late last year, he's stepping back behind the counter this summer and bringing Banh Appetit to Apple Valley.

Order directly from Sherman at the Chef's Counter, grab it to-go, or settle in anywhere inside, from the Curiouser Coffee side to the Tequila Butcher bar side, or out on the patio.

On the menu: bánh mì sandwiches, wraps, Cream Cheese Wontons, and Banh Appetit fries.
