We had such a good time at the Sundowner Ranch Opening Day Maker’s Market.

We got to meet some new people, catch up with old friends, and, of course, talk a lot about coffee.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the HandiCup booth, asked questions, checked out what we’ve been working on, or took some coffee home with you.

And as you can see... we didn’t sell out of everything.

We still have some freshly roasted coffee left from the event, and it’s up for grabs before we pack everything up for the next one.

We had such a good time at the Sundowner Ranch Opening Day Maker’s Market.

We got to meet some new people, catch up with old friends, and, of course, talk a lot about coffee.

It’s the final countdown to our first event of the season.

We’ve roasted a lot of coffee already.

And somehow… we still have more to do.

Bags are getting filled, labels are going on, and the kitchen is slowly disappearing under coffee.

A few more roast batches, some final packing, and then it’s time to load everything up.

Fall event prep is getting a little dangerous around here.

Our chocolate-covered coffee beans are making their way into the fall lineup, and apparently they’re difficult to leave alone once they’re within reach.

Fall is getting close, and so is our first October event.

HandiCup Coffee Co. will be Sundowner Ranch Pumpkin Patch Opening Day Maker’s Market on October 3 from 12–6 p.m. in Lucerne Valley.

We’re also getting our fall coffee lineup ready, with test roasts underway and a few familiar favorites coming along for the season.

We’ll share more about the coffees as we get closer, but if you want to see what HandiCup has been working on, come find us at Sundowner Ranch.

Do you guys think I can be a model if coffee doesn’t work out?

Anyway, this new Honduras coffee just arrived at HandiCup and is headed into test roasting this week.
Before a new coffee makes it into the lineup, we want to see how it responds in the roaster, where the roast profile lands, and what it brings to the cup.

For now, this one is officially in the testing stage.
We’ll share more once we’ve had a chance to roast and see where this new coffee fits best in our lineup
