Since 2003, Mama Carpinos has been the finest location of Italian cuisine in the High Desert. Tom Carpino, family and staff make sure you receive the best in service and quality food. After a laborious year, Mama Carpino's opened in September 2003. Our small restaurant was so successful that we were able to create an addition in 2006. The restaurant was originally 3400 sq. ft and it is now 5,000 sq. Our family is so grateful every single day for the amazing success of our family restaurant.
