Wanderer has returned — with a new point of view.

Now open inside Revolve Hall in Apple Valley.

Originally introduced at The Misfits Collective, Wanderer quickly became a guest favorite for its bold flavors, live-fire cooking, and globally inspired menu. Now, it returns under a new banner — with a fresh perspective and an all-new lineup that keeps the spirit of the original while taking things further.

In the kitchen is Chef Thomas Boemer — a four-time James Beard nominee known for thoughtful technique and bold, honest food. His debut menu is packed with global flavor, open-fire cooking, and dishes designed to surprise and satisfy.

On the beverage side, Beverage Director Michelle Morrison and Bar Manager Patrick Denny have teamed up to craft a lineup of cocktails made for wanderers and sunseekers alike — including slushies, spice, and tropical flavors that go perfectly with the season.

Wanderer joins the lineup at Revolve Hall:

This is your last chance to say goodbye to Mezcalito Butcher. Sunday is our final day of service.
In case you missed our announcement from earlier this week:
Sunday, March 19th will be our final day of service at Mezcalito Butcher. As you may have noticed with our restaurant group, The Misfits Hospitality Collective, we are always willing to admit when something just isn't working and come up with something new, something that will fit the community better. Over the past year and half we laughed, we cried, we found some success, but we also struggled. We learned a lot about Mezcal, but discovered it isn't for everyone. Thank you to everyone who supported our mission to showcase Mezcal and Latin food. If you loved it, be sure to check out the basement of Shakopee House. Hidden behind the black curtains in the basement is a really special little bar called Mezcaleria.
Now, it gives me great pleasure to announce our plans for this restaurant space! Because this building is so large we are actually dividing it into two new restaurants, Pizzeria Social, and Curiouser Coffee.
Pizzeria Social strips away the formality of dining with a focus on pizza and creative cocktails...made with love, made by hand. The open-kitchen design and enormous center bar teeming with draft beer and booze from around the world sets the tone for a lively social scene with craft cocktails. The unparalleled outdoor bar and patio are guaranteed to be the quintessential south metro dining experience. Our kitchen will feature two kinds of pizza, both wood-fired and a thinner-crust, tavern-style pizza, together with wood-fired entrees, smoked wings, and other snacks. We will have one of the areas best Happy Hours featuring two-for-one rail drinks, wine, and draft beer plus $5 giant slices of pizza from 2-5pm. Late night Happy Hour features a $5 draft beer and a bump (shot), $5 Wings, $5 Pizza by the slice, and $5 Deep Fried Burrata.
Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory will be an out-of-the-ordinary experience for caffeine and plant enthusiasts. A place to sip high-quality coffee and escape reality. Get lost in a wonderland of lush, green foliage. Every plant around you, and every pot is for sale, mix and match style. Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory aims to energize and inspire with each sip.
