What a great feedback from Maren that I received on my email this morning ❤️Thank you
Hello,
This message is for the manager or owner of Valley Diner please.
We had just sat down to breakfast last week when the accident occurred next door. I am writing to you today as your team's reaction to that event was exceptional.

Our server, Rachel, was one of the first people out of the building to assess. And before the first responders even got there, Rachel willingly jumped right into the collapsed area to check on the driver. Such an amazing brave human!

Not only that, Rachel then relayed information to the customers, generously closed out the tabs and dealt with a myriad of issues calmly and collectively. Your two chefs on duty, (please forgive me I didn't get their names) were also so accommodating, thorough and kind.

You have an exemplary crew who deserve recognition for that day -- as well as for the delicious food they make every day. My partner and his family are regulars at Valley Diner and have recently introduced me to your place. It's delicious! Your hashbrowns in particular are superb, crispy and fluffy...not greasy nor clumpy (which is often the case). And your Dubai-style pancakes are so fun.

Aside from the excellent food and service, I am grateful and proud that our community is so strong at your place.

Thank you-
Maren Macgregor-Hannah
