When we opened our restaurant in Apple Valley, our goal wasn’t just to serve food—it was to bring authentic Chinese flavors made fresh every day.

Our soup dumplings are filled with rich, flavorful broth. Our signature pan-fried bao are crispy on the bottom, soft on top, and made fresh to order. We also hand-make our dumplings and noodles because we believe great food takes time.
