✨Staff Spotlight: Bria! ✨

Bria has been one of our stellar staff since we opened, and has shown herself to be a leader since day one. We often catch Bria encouraging others, supporting them in just the way they need. Bria has also helped to train new staff, and we really appreciate her perceptive, gentle way of leading - in fact, she inspires us every time she’s here.

Bria is often taking on leadership roles in other areas of her life too. She was the president of the Unified Club and president of the Student Board of Directors for Special Olympics Minnesota while in high school. She loves the work she has done with the Special Olympics organization and often uses one of their quotes in her daily life:

“Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”

Outside of work, Bria enjoys spending time with her havanese puppies, and loves going to the cabin with her family.

While we only get to have Bria with us when she’s home from college these days, we feel incredibly honored that she makes time to work here when she’s home - she’s a real gift to our entire team!

🎉 Staff Spotlight: Introducing JoJo! 🎉

You’ll often find her mixing up exceptional coffee drinks. (One of her favorites is our Merrymint Hot Chocolate!) And although she might be one of our quieter voices, she has the biggest heart. (She also has the coolest shoes!)

In her free time, JoJo is a lego aficionado, and recently completed a 10,001-piece lego Eiffel Tower. (Yes, TEN thousand.)

JoJo really appreciates the work experience she has gained here and she wants EVERYONE to feel welcome at Constellation Coffee. So, we ✨welcome YOU✨ to come on in!

JoJo just might offer some of her wonderful words of wisdom, like “As long as you’re doing the best you can, that’s really all that matters.”
