Hi, Tony here, owner of Tequila Butcher.

I'm excited to announce our new fall menu, starting today in Apple Valley.

Of course we've added some new and exciting items for you to try, but more than anything, this menu is about bringing some value back to Tequila Butcher.

This menu was about listening to the voice of you, the customer, and making sure you feel your experience is worth it.

We know going out to eat, going to the grocery store and filling up at the gas pump is expensive these days. Our new $10 House Margarita and Taco Combos are designed to make visiting our restaurant more affordable while still delivering the quality you expect from us.

Mix and match any 2 tacos with our new Taco Fries, cotija and queso dip for $16.95, or make it 3 tacos for $19.95.

With 8 different tacos to choose from, including our Quesa Birria Taco, smoked meats, Baja fish, shrimp and more, you're sure to find a combo to fill you up.

Michelle, our Beverage Director, worked really hard to bring the price of our signature House Margarita down to $10 while maintaining the same quality you're used to.

For the first time ever at Tequila Butcher, it will now be available frozen or on the rocks, or by the pitcher for sharing.

Happy Hour also got an overhaul. We're adding:

• Our new Taco Fries for $6
• Crispy Brussels for $7
• Loaded Carnitas Taco Fries for $11

Draft b**r is still BOGO during Happy Hour, along with discounts on w**e and cocktails.

And Happy Hour is 2–5:30 PM daily, including Saturday and Sunday!

We’re celebrating Mexican Independence Day tonight and tomorrow at Tequila Butcher Apple Valley!

Hector brought over a favorite from Chanhassen: the Birria Burrito. It’s our first time serving it here, and we’re excited for you to try it.

We’ve also got a Taco Trio with smoked chicken, carnitas, and mojo pork, paired with a 7oz Coronita. The mojo pork is the same taco that won Favorite Savory at Taste of Lakeville.

Both are available tonight and tomorrow. Come see us!
