Chef Hector has three new ones on the menu: Taco Salad, Shrimp Ceviche, and Smoked Chicken Salad.

One month in Apple Valley.

Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day, a lot of tacos, a lot of margaritas, and more than a few lessons learned.

Things are coming together, and this community has been incredible.

Thanks for showing up, bringing your people, and filling the patio. We’re excited for patio weather, long nights, and a whole lot more of this.
