One of my favorite things about these challenges is that it’s NEVER just about the scale.
It’s the 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮.
It’s the 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙩 blowing up with meals, workouts, check-ins, wins, questions, & 𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.
It’s having people around you who are working toward the 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡 & actually understand the journey. 🫶🏼
…And… 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 🔥
We’ve watched people stay consistent, build better habits, gain confidence, & surprise themselves with what they can accomplish in just a few weeks.

And y’all… this one hits DIFFERENT. We’re a small, locally owned business, We weren’t only up against other locally owned small businesses, we were competing alongside national franchise chains!! And our little spot in STILL MADE THE LIST with more than 417,000 votes casted across roughly 250 categories & yet somewhere in the middle of ALL those votes, YOU made sure The Healthy Spot was seen. That’s COMMUNITY. 🙏🏻
