Auntie PJ's From Philly to You! Auntie PJ's is a mobile dessert van serving delicious Philadelphia Water Ice in WHAT IS WATER ICE? Is it a slushie? No! Is it shaved ice?

Is it a snow cone? Is it sherbet? Is it ice cream? Then what is it? Water Ice is similar to Italian Ice, but the texture and consistency are different. It's creamier than Shaved Ice and Snow Cones, yet icier than Italian ice. It’s Dairy Free, Cholesterol Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free, and No High Fructose Corn Syrup.
