I have chosen at this time to close my baking business to custom orders. It has been an incredible four years baking for customers in both NY and NC. I have met some wonderful people and have enjoyed spreading some happiness through my baking. I will fulfill orders over the next few weeks that were placed ahead of time.

Unfortunately there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done between work and my family. I will still continue to bake and will go back to donating my treats. I may reopen for short periods of time throughout the year when I am less busy at work/home.

If anyone would like any of my recipes - let me know, I am more than happy to share my sources!

Lots of Halloween cookie kits went out today and also had time for birthday orders this week. I will be closed 11/3 until 11/11.

I will have limited spots available for Thanksgiving orders due to having family coming to visit. My most requested items are pumpkin/apple pies, quiches, cinnamon rolls, cut out cookies, coffee cakes, scones etc.

Celebrating my husband's birthday with his favorite chocolate cake! Happy 44th to the guy who is my main taste tester and runs to the store at a moments notice to pick up ingredients.

Taking halloween cookie kit orders through Wednesday for pickup on Friday.

Opening up Halloween cookie kit orders for the next 3 weekends! They will include 12 assorted Halloween cut out cookies, 3 piping bags of frosting, and Halloween sprinkles. Each one will cost $25 (cash, check, or zelle). They will be available to pick up On 10/13, 10/20, or 10/27 after 3pm.

This angel food cake with fresh berries and whipped cream is a good distraction from the fact that the summer is coming to an end. 4 more days until I have to set my alarm for worm. Thankful I can show up to my desk in my pjs though!

I have been enjoying the slower pace of summer with the kids, but there is always time for baking.

I tested out a new offering on my daughter's birthday cake - hiding money in a cake! This feature can be added to any 8" or larger cake for an additional $5 (plus the money you want included in the cake) if you return the contraption to me afterwards.

Baking up some cookie boxes for end of the year teacher gifts! These go great with a gift card to show teachers, IAs, therapists, bus drivers etc how much they are appreciated.

I overbaked as usual so if anyone wants one let me know. A box of a dozen assorted is $15 and a box of 6 is $8. I have enough for at least 8-10 dozen boxes.

When I asked my kindergartener what kind of cake to make for his teacher's birthday, he didn't waste any time - he knew it had to be the chocolate cake!

Final week of the kids in school before summer vacation!

I will be closed June 19-June 30th, but will be open the rest of the summer. Please give at least 48 hrs for orders to avoid a rush fee. I am not always able to accommodate last minute requests when the kids are home!
