BIG NEWS FOR THE APEX ROTARY CHRISTMAS PARADE! 🎄DECEMBER 6th 🎄

We’re excited to announce that Trash Talk Food Truck and its sister trailer, S’mores Talk, will both be out in full force!

🍫🔥S’mores Talk – making its official debut with a live s’mores roasting experience for kids, families, and anyone craving a cozy holiday treat! Kits will be available for purchase so you can roast your own s’mores, right at the trailer.

🍔🔥Trash Talk – serving up your favorite comfort food and our legendary Trash Plates while you enjoy the parade!

Come find us along the parade route, grab something delicious, roast a s’more, and kick off the season with us. We can’t wait to celebrate with Apex!

The NCHU Fall Invitational isn't just bringing high-energy hockey this Sunday—it's bringing legendary New York food! 🍔🍟

We are thrilled to once again welcome our amazing sponsor, the Trash Talk Food Truck, to the tournament! They'll be serving up their famous Rochester, NY-style eats from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM!

Trash Talk was started by Lori Herndon in 2018 to bring the authentic "Trash Plate" to North Carolina. If you're a "Yankee" in the Triangle or just love great food, you HAVE to try this!

Their favorite Cheeseburger Trash Plate features two delicious cheeseburger patties layered over a bed of home fries and macaroni salad, then topped with onions, mustard, and their delicious meaty "hot" sauce. If you prefer a Hot Dog Trash Plate, Lori carries a steady supply of Zweigle's red and white hots. The Pizza Rolls were perfect last time, as almost everyone on the Sharks ordered them!

If you haven't tried a Trash Plate yet, you need to! It's a taste you never forget that will tantalize your palate! Stop by the truck this Sunday!
