It was another beautiful Monday in and our community was preparing for work, school, and life in general!!

The Turkish Black Tea brewed to perfect taste and the smell of Table-side Pour Coffee filled the air!!

Best of all were the amazing guests who brought their children to dine for Monday Family Game Time and delicious fresh made Popovers!

New Cafe in Downtown Apex Focuses on Popovers

As your councilmember, I wanted to share a brief neighborhood update about a new small business in Downtown Apex that expands dining choices, supports local entrepreneurs, and helps activate our town center.

"A new cafe offering sweet and savory popover pastries with a focus on hospitality is now open in Downtown Apex." "Popovers Cafe, inside the Salem Street Promenade building, combines the family traditions of its owners, Mustafa and Juliette Ozturk." "It has a warm family meaning for me," she said in an interview with _The Line_.

"If I’m going to invest in a business, this is the area I want," said Mustafa, who works as a Realtor. "Their first day open was on March 13, and Popovers Cafe will have a grand opening on Tuesday at 11 am." "Find it: Popovers Cafe is open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. 219 N Salem St., Suite 103, Apex"
