𝐀 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Our production is intentionally limited. Between our long fermentation process and our small kitchen space, we can only produce a certain number of pizzas each day without compromising quality.

Weekends fill up especially fast. It’s not uncommon for Friday and Saturday evening pick up slots to start filling early in the morning. By the time we open, most of the pizzas for the night have already been reserved through preorders, leaving only a small number available for walk-up customers. So make sure you preorder ahead of time.

We’re actively working toward expanding into a larger space so we can serve more customers, but until that becomes possible, keeping production limited is the only way we can maintain the quality we’re proud to serve.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for allowing our small family business to do what we love. 💛❤️🍕
