Our production is intentionally limited. Between our long fermentation process and our small kitchen space, we can only produce a certain number of pizzas each day without compromising quality.
Weekends fill up especially fast. Itโs not uncommon for Friday and Saturday evening pick up slots to start filling early in the morning. By the time we open, most of the pizzas for the night have already been reserved through preorders, leaving only a small number available for walk-up customers. So make sure you preorder ahead of time.
Weโre actively working toward expanding into a larger space so we can serve more customers, but until that becomes possible, keeping production limited is the only way we can maintain the quality weโre proud to serve.
