Happy St Paddy’s Day!!!

My company has seen its greatest growth by word of mouth, and of course samples. Headed to the Tampa Bay Area tomorrow and Friday. Let me know who might be interested in sampling and give me a chance to make it on their menu. Typically, If I can get this fish dip in front of the decision makers for the restaurant, seafood company, market etc., they will order.

Look forward to creating a southern distribution route and come home more often with fish dip in tow!!!

Since I grew up in Saint Petersburg, I’m reaching out to all my Tampa Bay, friends and family. You have been asking for it, so now I’m happy to report that Apalachicola Smoked Fish Dip Company is headed your way!

My first location in Saint Petersburg will be at The Blu Halo next to Topgolf. This is the same Blu Halo restaurant that we are at in Tallahassee, just their new expansion down south. They are scheduled to open approximately in March of this year.

I will need to find more locations in this area and along the way, to include Steinhatchee, Crystal River and Homosassa Springs, etc., to create a distribution route. If you have any restaurants or stores in mind, please let me know. It would greatly benefit us if you could put us in contact with whoever the decision-maker is at each location.

We look forward to expanding down to this region where making fish dip all began for me as a hobby over 25 years ago
