Rosa Mina Italian Restaurant run by Frank Manchisi and his son Dino was for decades a must go for family dining on River Road in Shelton. Jump forward to 2016. Dino Manchisi is reopening Rosa Mina in Ansonia with the same recipes and family feel everyone loved about the original. Our motto Vieni! Mangia! - Come! Sit!
