Requirements:

👨‍🍳 Chef & Chef Assistant:
• Experience preparing Slavic/Eastern European cuisine preferred
• Knowledge of traditional Moldovan, Ukrainian, Russian, or similar dishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

🍵 Servers:
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Must speak English and either Russian or Ukrainian
• Ability to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base
• Restaurant experience preferred but willing to train the right person
