Well I wasn't too exited honestly to do it, but filled in at a local bar for Sunday funday late night brunch and it actually turned out to be a Jumpstart for me.

I truly remembered why I love to cook for large groups!! It was something I needed to do. Also got me in the creative mood as well, those caramel apple pie waffles were the bomb!!! Be on the lookout for things to come!!!!

Quick and easy version of Sausage and peppers. I kept the casing on the sausage (mild Italian)so they would hold their shape, here's the twist I used a fresh banana pepper instead of traditional red and green bell peppers. Chopped onion, two cans of rotel, special seasonings, served over rice! It's good yall!!
