You’ve Been Loving Our Pasta Specials. Meet the One That Never Left.

Some favorites don’t need to be specials.

We’ll admit it. Our Squid Ink Pasta with Shrimp has been getting a little too much attention lately. And deservedly so.

But while the specials have been stealing the spotlight, there’s another pasta quietly sitting on our regular menu thinking, “What about me?”

Meet (or perhaps re-meet) our Rigatoni Bolognese.

LO RE Pasta Co. rigatoni, rich beef Bolognese, Lebanon Cheese Co. ricotta and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Simple, comforting and seriously satisfying.

It’s also very much what Juniper Hill is about: cooking with the seasons, supporting local farms and producers whenever possible, and letting great ingredients lead the way. Our menu evolves throughout the year, but our connection to the farms, makers and food community around us remains at the heart of what we do.

No limited-time warning. No special appearance. Just a really good bowl of pasta that’s been here all along.
