KIMBAE DRINKS TEA!! With the daily temperature fluctuations like these, and the temperature is chilly, don't your throat and nose react first?

Today, I'm sharing my favorite tea recipe: "Tea for the Bronchial Tubes and Throat." I blend ginger tea, lemongrass, and burdock root. Add honey or syrup to your liking for a sweet and uplifting experience.

When your throat and chest are congested with phlegm or your nose is blocked, try this tea. One sip will soothe your throat, and two sips will clear your brain.

This is a combination recommended by Kimbae, who strives to make the world 2% happier every day through tea. It's available at Annandale Soricha Tea house as part of the Kimbae Blended Tea menu.

Ginger and burdock tea are a perfect match. The warming properties of ginger complement the cooling properties of burdock root, and both ingredients are excellent antioxidants and promote blood circulation. When consumed together, it becomes a healthy drink that is very helpful for dieting, reducing inflammation, maintaining vascular health, and preventing colds.
