The Waterfront Restaurant specializes in New American Cuisine with an emphasis on sustainability. We strive to source only the finest ingredients from local and independent vendors. Our spacious kitchen allows us to prepare almost everything we serve from scratch: we do our own butchering, bake our own breads, smoke our own salmon, and make our own soups and sauces. This allows us assure our customers that they will receive a meal of the highest quality each and every time they dine with us.
