If you love really good food, craft coffee, beach days, and making people feel at home, you might be our kind of person.

We’re looking for an experienced barista who knows their way around an espresso machine, genuinely enjoys hospitality, and can help lead our crew while keeping things fun, warm, and running smoothly.

Think great coffee, good food, friendly faces, sandy feet, and that easygoing island energy we love at The Happy Manatee. 🌿

Barista experience is a must.

The last three months? That was us finding our groove — building the team, dialing in the details, figuring out exactly what The Happy Manatee was going to be. Thank you for showing up, ordering that latte, and hanging in with us while we got there. We see you, and we haven't forgotten it.

Now we're ready.

Saturday, August 15th — Grand Opening.

This is the real thing: our official coffee and food program, built from the ground up. New drinks, a tighter menu, the same beachy-elevated energy — just dialed all the way in.

We're also expanding our hours 6:30am – 4pm, so you've got more of the day to make Happy Manatee your spot.

Come say hi Saturday. This is a High Class Joint — act accordingly.
