TOMATO & BURRATA SALAD, new to the menu.

Heirloom tomatoes. Crispy capers. Pickled shallots. Pickled fresno chillies. Burrata cheese. Extra virgin olive oil. Balsamic.

Fresh tomatoes against cool, creamy burrata, with capers and pickled shallots and fresnos for brightness and a little heat. The kind of plate that wants a sunny afternoon, a glass of wine, and a few small plates to go with it before the main event. Bring it to the table to share, or keep it all to yourself.

ICYMI >> Paella Tuesdays just got a new option.

Alongside the Valenciana and vegan, you can now build your night around a steak paella, seared NY strip and shish*to peppers over saffron rice.

The format is the same coursed prix fixe you know, $30 per person, two minimum. Start with marinated olives, tzatziki, hummus, and patatas bravas with spicy bravas sauce, garlic aioli, and a fried egg.

Then choose your pan, Steak Paella, Paella Valenciana, or the Vegan Paella. Finish with Basque cheesecake, cream cheese, mascarpone, and quince.

Paella, the way it's made in Valencia.

Chef Raúl Cob grew up making this dish in the city where it was born.

On Saturday, June 20, he's leading a Master Class on the patio, just in time for Father's Day weekend.

You'll work through a real Spanish seafood paella as a group, calamari, mussels, clams, and shrimp with saffron rice, building it from sofrito to socarrat with Raúl walking you through each stage. Sangria and mezze the whole afternoon, then everyone sits down together to the meal you made.

Noon to 3:00 PM. 21 and over. 25 seats. Link in bio for tickets.

Two new bowls on the lunch menu, and picking one is the hard part.

Quinoa Bowl. Avocado, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata, and crispy chickpeas, all brought together with a herbed yogurt dressing of parsley, dill, lemon, and garlic. Fresh, herbaceous, a little tangy.

Rice Bowl. Marinated chicken over saffron herbed rice, with tzatziki, hummus, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, and feta. Everything you want from a proper Mediterranean plate, in one bowl.

The Paella Master Class is back. Saturday, June 20.

Chef Raúl Cob returns to the patio, and there's no better way to spend Father's Day weekend than over a pan with Dad.

You'll cook a real Spanish seafood paella from scratch, calamari, mussels, clams, and shrimp with saffron rice, working sofrito to socarrat alongside the chef who grew up making it in Valencia.

LAST CALL. PAELLA MASTERCLASS WITH CHEF RAÚL COBB
Tomorrow. Saturday, May 16th. 12 to 3 PM. A handful of seats left.

Chef Raúl takes over our patio for a hands on class. Born and raised in Valencia, the birthplace of paella, and a World Paella Cup finalist, he'll walk you through every step from the sofrito to the socarrat.

Every guest gets their own pan and cooks their own paella start to finish, with Spanish sangria and a spread of tapas and mezze throughout. When the rice is done, we sit down in the dining room to the full meal you made yourself.
