Behind every memorable experience at The Dixboro Project is a team of people dedicated to hospitality, creativity, and care.⁠

One of those people is our Server Captain, Mikhail Wisman.⁠

Since joining the team in 2021, Mikhail has helped create the welcoming atmosphere our guests have grown to know and love. His favorite part of working here is the strong sense of teamwork, the ever-changing seasonal menu and rich history of the space, and the opportunity to be part of people's most memorable moments. ⁠

Outside of work, Mikhail is a three-time state champion swimmer, a roller coaster enthusiast, and was adopted from Russia, where he spent the first year of his life.⁠

One of those people is our Events Manager, India Riggins. ⁠

From elegant dinners and corporate gatherings to life's most meaningful celebrations, India helps create experiences that feel both effortless and deeply personal. Her favorite part of the role is meeting new people and helping bring their vision to life, all while sharing the beauty of the property, the surrounding landscape, and the warm hospitality that defines The Dixboro Project.⁠

Outside of work, India enjoys rollerblading and building things by hand, a reflection of the creativity and care she brings to everything she does. ⁠

Spring is settling in at The Dixboro Project. ⁠

As the landscape grows more lush by the day, the property begins to take on a new rhythm: budding flowers, winding paths, and the quiet return of wildlife across the grounds. This is one of our favorite times of year to slow down and soak it all in.⁠

Grab a few pizzas, wine, and treats from The Boro, settle in at the picnic tables in The Valley, and enjoy the beauty of the season as we move toward summer.⁠

Please note: The Yard is temporarily closed for maintenance, but The Valley remains open for guests to enjoy. Dixboro House patio season begins Friday, May 15th. We look forward to welcoming you for another season shaped by nature, leisure, and deliciousness.
