In one week Grand Rapids' own, The Crane Wives, will take the stage at The Ark - Ann Arbor as Take a Chance Tuesday's featured Thanksgiving performer! Please join us as this indie-folk band helps to jump-start the holiday season with their eclectic instrumentation and captivating vocal harmonies! Door will be at 7:30pm.

As always, admission to the show is FREE and Food Gatherers will be on site accepting nonperishable food donations.

This show is presented at The Ark by Food Gatherers, Fleming Artists, and the Ford Motor Company Fund.

We are pleased to announce that October's Take a Chance Tuesday will be featuring Michigan's own Joe Hertler and the Rainbow Seekers with opener Jack & the Bear, hailing from right here in Ann Arbor! Come to The Ark - Ann Arbor Tuesday, October 23 at 7pm for a night filled with folk-rock music. Check out videos of both of the artists below in preparation for the show!

Please join us on Tuesday, September 25 as Take a Chance Tuesday Presents: Murchant with Special Guest Elisabeth Pixley-Fink!

Murchant (formerly Sisters 3) hails from Philadelphia and uses their bond as sisters to create a fresh, folk sound. Elisabeth Pixley-Fink, a Kalamazoo native, combines her experiences with being an educator, gardener, and a clown to craft songs that highlight the various dimensions of her powerful voice.
