Sighhhhhhhh. We are STILL waiting for this last inspection to be wrapped up before we can reopen! We are ready, the staff is ready, the cafe is ready…just one more pesky inspection to go. 🫩 As service industry folks, we love efficiency and timeliness and unfortunately, construction is anything but. This last leg has proven to be no exception, but on a positive note, it’s been so encouraging to see the cafe looking like itself again. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer and brighter and just as soon as we get the green light, we’ll let you know! We can’t thank you enough for hanging in there with us. Hopefully all of these delays will make our food & drink taste that much better when we can finally serve you 😅 we love youuuuu, can’t wait to invite you in…soon soon soon! 💖

One of our dear regulars accidentally dropped one of our knick-knacks and insisted on fixing it for us. It was quite apropos noticing the message she wrote on the bottom when pulling it out of one of the (manyyyyy) boxes we unpacked today 🥹💖 it’s looking more and more like the cafe we’ve been daydreaming up every single day! Also, if anyone is moving or wants to recreate the fort from Disney channel’s Out of the Box…WE’VE GOT WHAT YA NEED 😅📦

Welpppp, we hate that we have to but due to some hang ups with our inspections we are delaying our reopening by 1 week! We’ll be so ready and excited to see you on July 22 at 7am with the brightest eyes and bushiest tails! 🎈🎉🍩🌯🥗🍳🥪🍹🥞☕️

It’s time for the announcement we’ve all been waiting for… 🥁 *JUICY KITCHEN’S GRAND REOPENING WILL BE JULY 15!* 🎉🍳🍩 We are so grateful this project is finally wrapping up and to welcome you into our new and improved space! (Please enjoy an itty bitty sneak peek in this photo 👀) Thank you so incredibly much for all of the words of encouragement and support along the way - it’s been quite a journey but knowing our community has been rooting for us has truly meant the world. ❤️ Mark your calendars and alert your fellow Juicy fans, it’s almost time for breakfast burritos, spelt baked donuts, hot messes, smoothies, cinnamon vanilla lattes, and everything else! Fire restoration update! Wow oh wow oh wow are we missing our people. It feels like it’s been FOREVER! 💔 The good news is the wait is almost over and we’re in the homestretch. While we were hoping to reopen around this time, we ran into a few setbacks with additional work needing to be done to the building to bring it up to code. At this point, we are waiting for our building plans to be approved by the city and then comes putting all the puzzle pieces of the cafe back together - rebuilding the interior, ordering and installing equipment, paint and decor, etc. There is still much to be done but it is feeling like the end is finally in sight! As soon as we have more updates and a date for reopening, we will post them here. Thank you so much for your patience and support! The grand reopening should be just in time for patio weather ☺️

It’s been *SEVEN YEARS* since Aaron and I purchased Juicy Kitchen! There’s been a whole lotta ups and downs along the way - building the most talented and best team, expanding our wholesale production, fostering a fantastic community, and making so many lasting friendships while also navigating a global pandemic, rapid inflation, and a fire, on top of the other typical challenges independent restaurants face. Small business ownership is not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure. Throughout it all though, we’ve had the unwavering support of our community and that’s what always gets us through. Your continued support, donations to our GoFundMe, willingness to pivot with us through changes, and words of encouragement have made seven years of successful business ownership possible. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️ We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you in person SOON! Long live Juicy!!! 🥳

Fire restoration update ❤️‍🔥 The cafe’s facelift is in full effect! All of its contents have been removed for cleaning and the structural repairs have begun. Our contractors are working as quickly as possible to get us back up and running! It’s still hard to say exactly what our reopening date will be, but we’re crossing our fingers & toes for Feb-ish. 🤞🏼 To say that we are looking forward to that happy happy reopening day would be a total understatement 🥰🎉
