If you missed out on our pastrami special a few weeks ago, you are in luck. Brandon just took a fresh batch off the smoker. These are fresh briskets brined for over a week (!!) and then rubbed with our own peppery pastrami rub. It is a great BBQ twist on a deli classic (think "Dukes of Hazzard" mash-up with "Seinfeld").
