Paula is retiring! After many years of serving hungry customers, she’s ready for a well-deserved rest. It’s been decades since Pete first hired her at the Delta Restaurant, and later at Frank’s. Through it all, Paula’s dedication to her work was clear in her warm smile and joyful spirit. She rarely missed a day, and her presence will be greatly missed. We wish her the very best in her retirement!

After 25 years at franks it time for me Paula to retire and enjoy my grandkids and family a little more than what I already do. I want to Thank my customers thru the years that had came to see me with smile on their faces. I will miss each and every one of you! Thank you again

Big News! We are opening late night on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 3 am, beginning this weekend (9/25-9/26). We look forward to cooking up your favorites!

Ann Arbor has lost one of their pillars in society; Pete Poulos, former owner of Frank's Restaurant and the Delta Restaurant passed away on July 6, 2017. The patrons of Frank's and the friendships were dearly remembered by Pete, and when he had to retire he greatly missed you.
