Thursday's Off-Menu Lineup is Ready!

The grill is hot and we are rolling out the heavy hitters for Thursday. You won't find these on the regular menu, so just tell Matt what you are looking for tonight:

The Prime Rib Patty Melt: A 1/3 lb burger loaded with shaved prime rib, fried onions, Cheddar cheese, and our signature garlic aioli on toasted rye.

The Brat & Bacon Stack: A local favorite piled high with a brat patty, thick bacon, Swiss cheese, and fresh coleslaw.

The Parmesan Bacon Crunch: A fresh, juicy beef patty topped with a crispy, savory parmesan crust, a thick slab of savory bacon, melted cheese, and a rich garlic aioli, all on a toasted bun.

Wash it all down with an ice-cold Busch Apple, or let us pour you a tall double mixer to kick off the weekend a day early.

🚨 Wednesday Special: The Flat-Top Philly Fries! 🚨

We’re skipping the bun and building a mountain tonight at the Corral.

We start with a massive basket of crispy krinkle-cut fries and bury them under tender, flat-top seared chicken Philly, sizzling grilled onions, and sweet banana peppers. Then, we lock it all down under a heavy blanket of melted Swiss American cheese. Grab a fork—you're going to need it.

Want to take it to the next level? Customize your basket:

🥓 The Bacon Boost: Add chopped, thick-cut bacon right to the grill mix.

Doors open at NOON today! You asked for it, so we brought it back. 🐟

Last week’s Parmesan-Crusted flat-top cod was such a hit, we made it an official part of the Friday lineup.

Alongside our classic deep-fried favorites, we are serving up flaky, tender cod seared perfectly right on the griddle. Get it with that crispy Parmesan crust, go bold with our Cajun blackening, or keep it classic with Lemon Pepper.
