Fall will be here before you know it and that means It’s time for the IMA 2026 Fall Convention.

Attached you will find the paper form for registration. We have also added the link for registration and booking hotel rooms at the Wyndham. We ask that you try and use the links. We have been using this method for a couple years now and soon will go paperless completely for registration. For those using the paper form, PLEASE be aware that the deadline for early registration is to be postmarked 10/5/26. Many post offices are no longer post marking at the location where you drop them off and they may stay in mail for many days. Forms postmarked after the deadline will have to pay the full registration fee upon arrival.

Indiana Day is fast approaching! Please donate if you can! You can drop off donations at the lodge any day we are open. Thank you in advance!

We’re looking forward to Indiana Day at Mooseheart on Sunday, September 20, 2026!

This day is about so much more than gathering together. It’s a chance for us to show the children and families of Mooseheart who we are, what we stand for, and how much their mission means to Indiana.

Each lodge is asked to help by donating at least three XL Twin sheets with pillowcases and two $25 Kohl’s gift cards. The gift cards will be used for winter coats, boots, matching towel sets, kitchen items, and other needs.

The gate opens at 8:30 AM CST. The day will include campus tours, time at the Gift Store, a visit to the Indiana Home, the Indiana Home Presentation at 10:00 AM, lunch with students and house parents at 11:00 AM, and a closing program after lunch.

Please share this flyer with your lodge, chapter, family, and friends. We would love to see a great group from Indiana come together to support Mooseheart!
