I wanted fajitas, but it was late and everything was closed. Tim said, you know, we have all of the ingredients to make them. We make our own tortilla chips for nachos, we have queso for chili dogs, we have steak for phillys, we grill veggies like green peppers and onions, and we have jalapeños and cilantro for hotdog toppings….

So we went to our closed restaurant and he made fajita nachos that were so tasty, we decided they should be shared. We added them to the menu the next week.

$6.99, Fajita Nachos. Best eaten with Luzianne Sweet Tea, which we happen to have for you. $1.99 for all you can drink.

It’s FRYDAY, the day we waited for all week.

On Fridays at The DogHouse, we offer a small bag of fries for 99cents. They’re:

Folks say they’re like fries used to be back in the “good ol’ days.” Our crew says they’re a lot of extra work. You’ll say they’re worth that.
