Kate's Kones will be open today from 2:30 ish to about 6:00. After that its off to Neverland Neverland. I hear Peter Pan and Tinker bell have a special day coming up. Big Scoops' Huge!!! come and get it while it's cold.

The best thing about enjoying ice cream at Kate’s? Unexpected family visits and learning my love and my sisters ❤️ for Grape-nuts is a generational family thing!

Charles and Rosie (Kershner/Neighbors) got to meet some extended family while stopping for ice cream. Charles is related to Harmon (Maxine) Thurston, brother to Jeanette Lamson, mom to Lewis “Buzzie” Lamson and Grammy to Michelle Thompson’s crew shown in the pic. Harmon and Jeannette were my grandmother Marjorie’s sibblings! It’s a very small world❤️.

Safe travels back home to Virginia, Texas Vermont, Massachusettes and Florida everyone!

Open today 2 to 8 pm… as our season winds down our hours starting tomorrow will be:

Monday, Weds, Thurs and Friday by chance after school hours only (Brian’s back to school first day is tomorrow!)…and our amazing worker Madison begins her senior year….Best chance to catch us? 4 to 7 pm

Labor Day weekend we are hoping to be open Saturday and Sunday - 2 to 8 pm.

We apologize for the very late notice…Kate’s will now be closed on Tuesday’s due to our work schedules.

We will be reopen tomorrow through Sunday 2-8 pm and will announce our back to school hours starting next week soon.
