Mmm crustless quiche for breakfast this morning. It made me realize maybe I haven't explained well enough what we do as a catering company. I myself have been in culinary for 30 years now, so when I say I can do almost anything, I'm not just blowing smoke. I have done just about everything i can do in the industry from the ground up. If I dont know how to do something I look up a recipe and I just tweak it enough to make it my own. Food is just always been my passion since I was 15 years old, I got my first job at Carltons restaurant in Bradford PA, I was hooked. So we can do any venue, any ethnicity of food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, you name it. The way I do things is easiest for me and our customers, call me explain what you're looking for i send you a menu and we communicate from there on how YOU would like it done. Services we provide are as such: we can either drop off the food and your party guest serve themselves or we stay and serve them ourselves. Its usually buffet style since we don't have our own venue or plates, silverware etc. But we can do weddings, graduations, lunches for your workplace, you name it.
