Back at Milk Street Distillery tonight starting at 5P! Peep the menu below. We’ll have an all NEW special featuring Korean fried chicken, that we brine, bread and fry in house, topped with our gochujang aioli, toasted sesame seeds, pickled carrots and scallions.

I placed 6th in the northeast region at Pizza Expo with a rendition of this pie last March in Las Vegas, so I hope you can try it! Limited availability-tonight only!

I just want to take a moment and give a quick THANK YOU, to each and every one of you, as we celebrate 6 years in business today. We truly appreciate all the love and support you have shown our small pizza truck. What started as a hobby during the pandemic, and has now blossomed into a passion project, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve officially been making pizza professionally longer than I was teaching, which is what I went to school for and was doing prior to running a food truck. Life is wild that way. From humble beginnings of baking pies in my driveway for neighbors during the pandemic, to catering some of the biggest moments in people’s lives; I wouldn’t change a thing. Around 60% of food trucks fail within the first 3 years, so I’m honored/fortunate to still be here and it’s because of all of you.

Our goal is and always will be to craft the best pizza possible, highlighting local and seasonal ingredients. Without all of you, this wouldn’t be possible. Thank you all so much! ❤️
