Exciting news entering into the weekend. Our trailer arrived at the Finishing Facility this morning, and everything is looking great! We are so excited to be at this stage and can't wait to get it in our hands. Pictures of our trailer !!

The next step is for the rest of our equipment, gas lines, and fire suppression to be installed.

We are getting closer !

Guess what !

You don’t know, well let me tell you !

Phase 2 part A & Part B is complete

Part A is the installation of the wood for the walls and floors. Their trailers are made with 3/8" plywood walls and 3/4" plywood floors. Insulation is then added to the floors, then to the walls and ceiling.

Part B the stainless aluminum walls were installed. These walls are fantastic when it comes to heat resistance and easy to clean. The rubber coin flooring is placed in the trailer at this time to ensure a seamless trim around the base of the interior of the trailer. Care is taken to prevent any gaps which food or water can run in to. Cabinets are also installed at this time. Everything is really coming together!

Phase 3 is pretty much the end. They will add the sinks, plumbing, windows, & air conditioning !

Remember these aren’t our exact photos, but what our trailer looks like in the building part right now.

Hey everyone ! While we all are waiting patiently for our trailer to be built. I wanted to update you with our little updates we get ! Phase 1 is complete ! 🙌🏼

Phase 1 of our trailer!

Phase 1 is the most important part of the process as it sets the foundation for our trailer. Each trailer is framed unique to its design. The framing department assembles, welds, and then paints the frame.

The next step is to run the electrical lines.

Unfortunately, they aren't able to get pictures of our specific trailer until it reaches the Finishing Facility. Here is representation photos of the trailer being built.
