Since October of 2006, we have served the Anderson community with pride. We have made friends and family that will last a lifetime. We have put three of our children through higher education because of this community! And we thank everyone who has supported us in the last two decades. Anderson made our American dream come true!

Unfortunately. We were notified that those in charge have chosen to ignore 20 years of community and loyalty to this mall for a tenant with a higher rent. We wish their new tenant all the love and support we know Anderson provides! We don’t wish negativity on anyone for chasing their American dream!

So Mrs. Rosa is now retiring after decades of hard work! She is however still offering pupusas for a phone orders! If you are ever interested, please always call or DM us on here! A phone number will be provided at a later day. Thank you all so much for everything! We love you all.

Good afternoon Anderson! So we tried some new flavors in our pupusas! Come on down and try our Birria and RedBean and Cheese pupusas! These new flavors are so cheesy and delicious folks! Come try them before they sell out to our usual after church pupusa crowd!!!!

We wanted to thank our community for supporting us and our family for over 16 years!!! After much deliberation between closing down to retire or continuing at the Anderson mall; we’re happy to announce that we will be remaining at our location as long as Anderson mall will have us! Momma Rosa is also shifting her focus to a slimmer menu and a few changes to our hours and daily operations. again, we can’t thank you all enough for the support you have provided our family! Put some of our kids through college and more with all your love!

As many of you already know. Our business owner and head chef Miss Rosa had a medical emergency that kept her away from the deli for about a month. We would like to announce that she’s feeling a lot better and healthier and that she will be reopening the Mexican Deli again! We’ll be reopen starting tomorrow May 9th! So come down and say hey to Miss Rosa and enjoy one of her many delicious plates!!!
