What a gorgeous Day 2 of Pickin’ Time on 59! Loved meeting so many new faces and seeing familiar ones too!

The Texas Twinkies were a HUGE hit today and our brisket has been officially approved by the tea cup poodle society! 🤣😍

Well folks… Day one of “Pickin’ Time on 59” 2026, is in the books and the weather was FINE!!!😍 Couldn’t have asked for a better day! ☀️

The protein of choice by the masses today was our Smoked Brisket… and we understand why too. 😉 But the close runner up is our brand new entree….

⭐️Lizzy’s style Smoked Spaghetti Red. ⭐️

Ya’ll‼️‼️‼️If you’re a fan of Spaghetti Red and you like the taste of fire… this dish is screaming your name! This homemade chili/sauce is Zesty & tangy with just a hint of sweetness from the tomatoes and it tastes as if it’s been cooked over a campfire. It comes resting on a bed of al dente spaghetti noodles then topped with a few baby dill pickles and red onion. Talk about a flavor explosion!! 💥💥💥

We’re at The Chicken Coop in Gentry all weekend long! Mrs. Miriam is also set up with us serving delicious fried hand pies and there’s also a tent set up selling homemade egg rolls… YUM!!

Did we mention we’ll have our small batch Smoked Salsa on board this weekend? If y’all have never had it, you’re definitely missing out. Ours is made from 100% locally homegrown tomatoes. This alone makes this salsa AMAZING! We’ve got three different spice levels for you to choose from.
