They serve up sautéed, caramelized onions made fresh every 15 minutes, reindeer, hot reindeer, beef dogs, polish dogs, bratwurst, veggie dogs, Louisiana hot links, and "Boss Sauce" to top it off. It was made special to actually enhance the flavor of the reindeer while giving your taste palette a little kick. It's a mustard based sauce with some pepper extract, paprika, stone ground mustard, a little bit of vinegar, and some more secret ingredients.
