Wild Scoops Handcrafted Alaskan ice cream. Local, adventurous and wildly delicious. The Wild Scoops downtown scoop shop opened its doors in late May, 2017.

In Summer 2019, we moved our Test Kitchen to Midtown and opened up a second scoop shop right next door. Our flavors highlight Alaskan ingredients and are filled with a sense of place.

HAPPY LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH!! As is our tradition here at Wild Scoops, we are celebrating this September with our very special Scoops + Stories challenge. In partnership with APL we are asking YOU to dream up a flavor inspired by your favorite children's book for the chance to bring it to life in our shop for a limited time.

From now through September 13th you can find flavor creation sheets at any APL location or on our Wild Scoops Blog. Once you fill it out, you can hand in the hard copy to any APL location or email us at [email protected].

ALSO all month long (or while supplies last) we will be hanging out our specialty Scoops + Stories bear sticker to all APL card holders at our Midtown Scoop Shop. You must show us you card in exchange for these cutie stickers (one sticker p*e cardholder).

Check back in on September 16th-17th when we vote on this year's flavor. Also mark your calendars for our Flavor Tasting Party on September 30th from 5-7p at our Midtown location.

The sky is the limit and we are SO excited to see what you all come up with. Oh, and... WE LOVE THE LIBRARY!!

MORNING MILO🍦🍫🐄🥛a delectable scoop made with the iconic malted chocolate beverage mix!!

Inspired by childhood memories of drinking a warm cup of Milo on calm Sunday mornings! We make this nostalgic flavor of Morning Milo by using the legendary malted powder mix first developed in Australia by a Nestlé chemist. It imparts a simple and subtle chocolate flavor, and is packed with vitamins and minerals!

This scoop is an Adventure Club original developed in 2024 by our friend, Dan!

The end of August means one thing... School is back in session and our young learners are getting back into their routine. The tiniest of the bunch are awaiting their very first day of "Big Kid School" and we want to celebrate this very special day.

On Wednesday, August 26th all Kindergarteners will receive FREE SPRINKLES upon request. We will also be hosting a photo station at our Midtown Scoop Shop (and the 49th State Cone-tainer-- weather permitting) to help you commemorate the big day.

RHUBARB SORBET & AK BIRCH ALMOND... two very distinct flavors with one thing in common:

They are made with uniquely Alaskan ingredients. Namely birch syrup (shout-out Kahiltna Birchworks) and rhubarb (shout-out all of you who contributed to this year's rhubarb trade)!

Bonus: They are both WILDLY DELICIOUS and available now :)

Rhubarb Sorbet
Tart and bold; made with neighborhood rhubarb (vegan)

AK Birch Almond
Sweet cream base + toasted almonds + local birch syrup

A PILOT'S LIFE FOR ME is baaaaack!!!

In remote places such as Alaska and Hawaii, Sailor Boy pilot bread (aka hardtack) is renowned for its exceptional shelf life. To celebrate this durable cracker's unique status in local pantries, we made a pilot bread toffee to keep the crackers crunchy while preventing them from deteriorating in the ice cream.

A sweet cream scoop plus spiced rum caramel and that chocolate covered pilot bread toffee, this scoop is one we look forward to all year long!
