Common Grounds Espresso is looking for dependable, outgoing, hardworking baristas to join our team! We’re a fast-paced, high-volume drive-thru coffee company, and we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, staying busy, and being part of a team.

Our baristas are responsible for creating quality drinks while providing fast, friendly customer service. This position requires someone who can multitask, communicate well, maintain a positive attitude, and work efficiently during busy shifts.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and their own vehicle available on-site for the entirety of their shift.

New hires must also have full weekend availability.

Previous barista experience is great, but it is not required; we provide paid training!

Training

All new baristas complete approximately 40 hours paid training:

After training, this position will primarily work our 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.

A current Alaska Anchorage Food Worker Card is required.

Morning shifts are earned based on seniority and business needs, so applicants should be comfortable working afternoon/evening shifts when joining our team.

Weekend availability is required.

18+ years of age.

16 years of memories. 🩵
Friday, July 24, will be our final day at our Dimond location.

While we’re heartbroken to say goodbye, this isn’t goodbye forever. We hope to be back in the area as soon as we can.

In the meantime, our International Airport Road location is just minutes away and ready to serve all your favorite drinks.
