📣 NEW HOURS AT GORDO’S! 🌮

We’ve tried a couple different schedules over the last few weeks, including Sun/Mon and Mon/Tue as our days off, and we’ve officially figured out what works best for us!

Starting this week Gordo’s will be OPEN Tuesday–Saturday from 11 AM–8 PM 🌮🔥

That means Sunday & Monday will be our regular days off so our team can recharge and get ready to serve you all week long.

Thank you for being so supportive as we figure things out and grow. We appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️

We’ve been completely blown away by all the support since opening (two weeks ago today) ❤️🌮

Every visit, order, share, comment, and kind word means more to us than you know. We’re so grateful for everyone who has shown up for Gordo’s and helped us get to where we are.

Thank you letting us share a taste of Tamaulipas with you. 🫶🏽🇲🇽

We’re still learning, growing, and figuring things out as we go, but we feel incredibly lucky to have this community behind us. 🥹❤️
