BIG news 📰☕️❗️

We are beyond excited (and honestly still a little in disbelief) to share that Muse Coffee is opening a SECOND LOCATION in Winnie, Texas! 📍

This new chapter feels especially sweet because this time, we’re bringing along two new little business partners — Augustus & Cassius! Watching our families grow alongside this dream has been one of life’s greatest gifts, and we’re so thankful we get to build something that they’ll one day be part of.

Before anything else, we want to say thank you to our Anahuac community. Your support over the past year has made this dream possible. Every cup of coffee you’ve purchased, every friend you’ve brought in, every encouraging word you’ve shared, and every way you’ve chosen to support our coffee shop has led us here. We truly wouldn’t be opening a second location without you, and we are forever grateful. And don’t worry — our Anahuac location isn’t going anywhere! Our heart has always been to serve the community that believed in us from the beginning, and we remain just as committed to serving Anahuac as we are excited to become part of the Winnie community.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Eric & Jessica Mouton for trusting us with a place that holds so many memories. It’s an honor to continue the story of what was once the beloved Mout’s Barbecue. Our hope is to create something new while honoring the history and heart that have always made this building so special 🤎

To our new friends in Winnie — we can’t wait to meet you, serve you, and become a small part of your community. We hope Muse becomes a place where conversations are shared, friendships are formed, and everyone feels welcome.

Our opening date is coming sooner than later, so keep an eye on our page for updates. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors and begin this next chapter together! 🫶🏼

Good Friday & Weekend Hours Notice:
This Friday, April 3rd, in observance of Good Friday, we will have limited hours:
🕗 Open 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Good Friday)
We will then be closed all day Saturday and Sunday so our team can rest and spend the Easter weekend with family.
We’ll reopen with regular hours on Monday, April 6th.

It’s our 1 year anniversary! 🎉

One year ago today, we opened the doors to Muse Coffee not fully knowing what to expect — just a dream, a lot of hope, and a love for what we do. And somehow, this past year has exceeded our wildest dreams in every way.

To this community — YOU are the “somehow” and we cannot say thank you enough. Thank you for showing up, for supporting us, for making us a part of your routine, for sharing your conversations and your lives with us. You’ve made this little coffee shop into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

We are so grateful for this first year and everything it’s been. And we’re even more excited for all the years to come.
