Sassafras Shrimp and Grits
Seared filé dredged gulf shrimp over our creamy cheddar grits fortified with roasted local  peppers and braised kale finished with a Parmesan crisp filled with our fennel bacon lardons.

BBQ Quesadilla
Our slow smoked pork shoulder, grilled onion and roasted green chiles steeped in guajillo salsa stuffed in a large flour tortilla with melted pepper jack and cheddar cheese topped with our pickled jalapeños, Mexican crema and Dad’s special BBQ sauce. Served along side our honey horseradish slaw.

Pork Belly Biscuits and Gravy
Alabama Amey’s cathead biscuit split and griddled topped with our Tri-Country gravy and deep fried pork belly tossed in a sriracha maple syrup.

Steak and Poblano Chimichanga
Tender slow cooked marinated steak and roasted local poblano peppers mixed with melty chihuahua cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried finished with salsa verde and served with spiced pinto beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and chive crema.

Olympic Provisions Capicola crisped on the flat top with a over medium egg topped with melted havarti cheese nestled in a toasted English muffin dressed with lemon garlic aioli, local sweet peppers and a drizzle of our Aleppo hot honey. Served with our crispy breakfast potatoes dusted with fresh parmesan and chive.

End Of Summer BLT 🥪
Local beefsteak tomato from Springtime Farms, crisp bacon, iceberg lettuce, and red onion on toasted whole grain wheat with an ample spread of avocado mash and mayo. Served with Dad’s fried Jo-Jo russet potatoes

A fried hash brown patty topped with our Carolina ham with melted Tillamook Swiss cheese and two eggs your way afloat in our breakfast gravy garnished with chives and habanero pickled jalapeños.

Party Melt 🥪
Our take on the traditional patty melt...Our seared 6oz burger patty griddled with onions and peppers, bacon, special sauce and melted Jarlsberg cheese pressed between two slices of rye. Served wtih Jo-Jo’s.
