Good morning, everyone.
I hope you are all off to a great start today. I would like to inform you that we will be closed today and tomorrow. While I am away, Brianna and Will have both stepped into leadership roles to lead the team at the restaurant, and I sincerely appreciate their willingness to do so.
In recognition of the team’s hard work and commitment, I have decided to give everyone a long weekend. We look forward to welcoming you back and serving you on Monday. Thank you for your support and understanding.

I’m not sure why my establishment was brought into a conversation that was originally about fireworks. It’s disappointing to see someone make unnecessary comments toward a business and person who consistently works hard to give back, stay positive, and support the community.

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that I had to close the restaurant early due to a family emergency. I’m traveling back home to North Carolina, as this may be my last opportunity to see my grandmother.

At this time, I’m not sure when I’ll be returning. The restaurant will reopen on Monday, and this will be the first time my team will be operating without me there, so I kindly ask that you continue to support them, keep them busy, and please be patient and kind.

I enjoy this community so much and remain committed to doing my part to help make Amsterdam stronger. Thank you all for your understanding, support, and encouragement during this difficult time. It truly means a great deal to me.

Good morning, everyone. I hope you’re having a great start to your day.

I wanted to let everyone know that we will be opening today at 3:00 PM. We have a large catering order to complete first, and after that, I need to get the dining room cleaned out so I can set up some tables and open the other side of the restaurant.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at 3:00 PM.
I also want to take a moment to give a shoutout and show my appreciation to our city clerks, whose hard work often goes unnoticed. I recently had some paperwork that needed to be filed and submitted, but first the city clerk had to type up a letter, and I knew they were already swamped with work. I wasn’t expecting it to be finished anytime soon.

Stacy, one of our city clerks, told my liquor consultant that she could have it done by the 21st, but that she would try her hardest to get it done sooner. Well, she actually got it done the very same day this past Tuesday, which is going to help me move forward much more quickly with getting my temporary liquor license.
I made sure to take the time to stop by and show my gratitude to her in person. Thank you, Stacy, for going above and beyond. Your teams hard and dedication to this community truly make a difference.

Seeing my new restaurant sign go up today was such a rewarding moment. It’s more than just a sign, it’s a reminder that visions really can come to life with hard work, patience, and belief. Moments like this keep me motivated and excited for everything still to come. Thanks to local owner Pat at A.N.S signs/Lighting.

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a great start to their day.

I just want to say how much I truly appreciate all the love and support from yesterday. It means so much, and I want you to know there’s a lot more coming from us.

We had an amazing turnout yesterday and nearly emptied it out the all the protein, which is incredible. Unfortunately, we’re currently waiting on a delivery to arrive so we can finish prepping and reopen for service.

Because of that, we will not be opening for lunch today. However, we do plan to open this evening, hopefully around 4:30 or 5:00 PM.

Thank you again for all your continued support that allow us to help others. We look forward to serving you this evening.

Yesterday, I was supposed to do the drawing for the two free gas cards, but as you all know, we were pretty busy. We had such a great response to the gas card post that I decided to add a third winner.

Today, was an honor to providing many meals to members of our community. Throughout the day, I heard so many different stories that left me heartbroken and emotionally exhausted. Right now, I don’t quite have the words to fully express everything I’m feeling, but I wanted to let you know how deeply today affected me 😢I look forward to sharing more about this experience with you all. Till then, please be kind to each other.

Had to make a quick run to restaurant depot and I’m stuck in traffic heading back to Amsterdam. Hopefully we still can get the doors open by 5 PM 🤞🏾🤞🏾
