Yes we go to restaurants in the area, my family has lived in Amsterdam for generations. But posting on another business is just cringe.

We don't do that and would appreciate the same respect.

Clockyard’s "First Shift" Tasting Menu Has Officially Arrived!

​The machinery is calibrated, the kitchen is fired up, and we are officially ready to give you a first look at what we’ve been building!

​Introducing "First Shift"—our exclusive initial tasting menu, designed to give you a taste of Clockyard’s heavy-duty flavors before we transition to our full ongoing lineup. This menu will only be available for the first couple of weeks, so make sure to catch it while it’s hot off the assembly line!

​Here’s a look at what’s rolling out:

➡️​First Runs & Starters: Loaded Scrap Yard house wedges, handcrafted Clockyard Logs (stuffed with everything from Buffalo Chicken and Pulled Pork to Pepperoni Pizza and Sweet Apple Pie), crispy Rivet Wings, and our ultimate comfort classic—the 7-Gear Mac, baked with our heavy-duty seven-cheese blend and served with homemade bread.

➡️​Fresh Greens: The Clockyard House and Clockyard Caesar, packed with fresh toppings and crunchy parmesan crisps, plus optional grilled chicken to fuel your visit.

We had the honor of serving this great couple last night during Orientation Night. Seen them with the host walking in the loading dock (also dining space) and asked if they needed anything. The gentleman indicated they were taking a picture in front of our wall logo.

This is how traditions start within a community, which is exactly what we are building here at the Clock Tower. We thank you for starting it!

We hope to see many more photos in front of the logo in the furture. We plan to add some greenery and maybe a bench to enhance the space.

We want to thank everyone that came out to our Orientation Night!

We had a chance to grease our gears and figure out what we need to make the system functional.

We made mistakes and learned from them too.

Our wait time was longer than we would of like but expected under the circumstances.

We especially want to thank our entire staff that came out tonight to make this possible. Yes it was rough. Yes we messed up. Yes things didn't work out like we wanted. But as our first time all together we rocked it!

Everyone else in internet land- we promise we will be open soon!!
